About the Chief Administration Officer Role

We are looking for an experienced Chief Administration Officer who is detail-oriented, proactive, independent, and focused on results. This person will primarily support the President of L.A. Gauge and CEO. This person will have a wide range of responsibilities that will require them to be onsite and communicate with employees, managers, customers, and partners. In collaboration with others, this person will manage a variety of company projects, monitor metrics, and participate in valuable meetings and events.

Chief Administration Officer Responsibilities Include:

  • Earning trust with the President, CEO, managers, and employees by completing tasks in a timely manner, communicating clearly, working independently, and demonstrating appropriate discretion, integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Managing the schedule for the President and CEO. Includes arranging meetings, communicating with contacts, scheduling travel, and providing reminders

  • Triaging executive communications (including emails) and tasks for the President and CEO

  • Summarizing meeting discussions, tracking meeting action items, and following up to drive execution and appropriate outcomes

  • Research tasks and topics so executives can make informed decisions

  • Manage a variety of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget

  • Prepare reports and presentations using G-Suite or Microsoft Office

  • Administer calls and daily correspondence

  • Organize a wide range of digital information with clear instructions to ensure operational continuity and documented best practices

  • Handle requests and queries appropriately

The Chief Administration Officer Will Be Someone Who Has:

  • 8+ years of experience of working as a Chief Administration Officer or in a similar position

  • A Bachelors degree

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Experience with office management systems and procedures

  • High competence in productivity tools, including Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • A proactive, independent work ethic demonstrated through maintaining a sense of urgency and ability to complete projects without significant supervision

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Presents information after careful review of grammar and data
