The Accounts Receivable Specialists will assist in ensuring the company’s financial accounts are properly maintained and managed. This role will have a wide range of responsibilities ensuring the company’s financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations for the company
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets
- Record and post accounting transactions
- Perform daily review of aging invoices and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
- Review financial transactions
- Light invoices and customer payments
- Provide A/P support when needed
- Support light office duties when needed
- Provide support to leadership team as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in A/R
- Proficiency of Microsoft Suite, Google Suite
- Strong initiative, self-driven to deliver results with minimal supervision
- Bookkeeping knowledge is preferred but not required
